β€œLast year I was dissatisfied every time I looked in the mirror. Because of corona I had started to move less and I had gained some kilos. I also had back and neck problems. So it was time to do something about it.

Knowing myself, I knew there was not much point in going out on my own, so I started looking for someone to tell me what I needed to do to achieve my goals. I wanted to lose weight, I wanted to get rid of my physical complaints and I also wanted to have more energy.

And that’s how I ended up with Bart. I trained weekly with Bart to achieve these goals and I can now say that I have largely achieved these goals in a relatively short time. He gave me insight into my eating habits, which made me eat more consciously and he made me realize that I really moved very little on a day for someone my age, so that I now live much more actively and have more energy. I have now started bouldering, which I got to know through Bart and I now do that twice a week.
