Small Group Training at Helix
Come join one of the many Small Group Trainings at Helix? Then you train with six athletes of about the same level. Every six weeks, the set of targeted different exercises changes. Our group training programs are designed to make you progressively fitter and more energetic. These trainings also work on the basis of Helix Hybrid: our program to give you a complete picture of your health in seven different areas and work in a focused way to improve.
Levels Group Training
Our group training is currently divided into two levels, Level 1 and Level 2. Members who are just starting Small Group Training initially only follow Level 1. These workouts are fun and challenging yet don’t put too much pressure on you: no intense jumps or exercises that might be injury-prone. Level 1 training is designed to ensure that you quickly achieve Helix Hybrid Bronze. Bronze in? Then you are also welcome in the Level 2 trainings! Those require a little more from you and work faster toward Helix Hybrid Silver.
Note: PT FIRST
For our group classes, we use PT First. That means everyone who starts with us first does Personal Training (PT). Why? We want everyone who trains at Helix to have a good understanding of how exercises are performed correctly. After all, safety always comes first with us. Another great benefit is that it prevents much of our time and attention from going to new athletes. And that’s good for everyone’s training experience! During the PT First program, we get to know you well and look at your health and any injury risks. We also start training certain exercises in advance. This is how we ensure that your transition to Small Group Training is smooth and safe.
