“I’m slimmer, fitter and healthier than I have ever been and I have actually really enjoyed getting here – thanks to Bart!
I’ve never been a gym lover and I’ve always struggled with my weight, trying many diets and fitness regimes none of which I sustained long-term. When lockdown first started last March, I ate chocolate (a lot of chocolate) every day for 3 weeks. At that point, I decided that I needed to change if I wasn’t going to become more overweight than I already was!
I downloaded an app and embarked on some home exercise classes – it was great for a few weeks but my weight plateaued and motivation started to wane. Then I met Bart… and the rest as they say, is history!
Bart has worked with me, trained me, dealt with various lingering aches and pains (he’s also a physiotherapist), guided me, encouraged me, pushed me, motivated me and generally makes me feel good. His passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle, his knowledge and expertise, and his smiley, positive personality have been a huge part of my success. I could not have done this without him. I have genuinely changed my lifestyle – and yes, I still eat chocolate sometimes. I’ve never felt so good and I know I will keep this up. I look forward to my training with Bart every week and haven’t missed a single session.
