Small Group Training at Helix

Would you like to join one of the many Small Group Trainings at Helix? Then you train with six athletes of approximately the same level. Every six weeks the set of targeted different exercises changes. Our group training sessions are designed to help you gradually become fitter and more energetic. These trainings also work on the basis of Helix Hybrid: our program to give you a complete picture of your health in seven different areas and to work specifically on areas for improvement.

Levels Group Trainings

Our group training is currently divided into two levels, Level 1 and Level 2. Members who are just starting Small Group Training initially only follow Level 1. These workouts are fun and challenging, yet they don’t put too much pressure on you: no intense jumps or exercises that could potentially lead to injury. Level 1 training is designed to help you quickly achieve Helix Hybrid Bronze. Bronze achieved? Then you are also welcome in the Level 2 training! These require a bit more from you and work faster towards Helix Hybrid Silver.

Note: PT FIRST

We use PT First for our group lessons. This means that everyone who starts with us first does Personal Training (PT). Why? We willen dat iedereen die bij Helix traint goed weet hoe oefeningen correct worden uitgevoerd. Safety is always our top priority. Another great benefit is that it prevents a lot of our time and attention from going to new athletes. And that’s good for everyone’s training experience! During the PT First program we get to know you well and we look at your health and possible injury risks. We also start training certain exercises. This way we ensure that your transition to Small Group Training is smooth and safe.
