I am currently studying to become a physiotherapist at Avans Hogeshool in Breda. I have always been very interested in all forms of sports. I myself played hockey for a long time and my goal was to be able to play at an increasingly higher level. Unfortunately, this was not to be due to the many injuries, but fortunately, these experiences have given me a completely different interest. Namely improving the human body. And especially how you can get the most out of yourself.      <\/p>\n<p>I ended up at Helix Sport and Health Coaching because I was looking for an internship.
