During the start of the Corona lockdown, everything became more difficult. Gyms closed, no equipment or sports buddies.
As a real entrepreneur, @bartvdrimmelen saw no problem but an opportunity. The remaining time could be used to work on sports and health.
Precisely the absence of dinners and drinks made it easy for him to eat healthier, in his own words. And when the social occasions slowly started again, he had learned enough to be able to make progress despite a drink or dinner.
First by training at home, and therefore with a good foundation when the gyms opened again.
From 93.8kg to 82.5kg, it is a sloppy 11.3kg lighter and a lot of knowledge richer.
And now we can use the extra calories from dinner or lunch to build muscle mass for the next year.
